Karl Pflock

Karl Tomlinson Pflock was a prominent American researcher of the Roswell incident, a CIA intelligence officer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense in the Reagan Administration, strategic planner, and author of both fiction and non-fiction. His book, Roswell: Inconvenient Facts and the Will to Believe, challenged some popular UFO conspiracy theories surrounding the Roswell incident and presented evidence that suggested that the incident was most likely caused by a secret high-altitude balloon research.
